3. Consultations & Bookings

  • Consultations are by appointment online and confirmed by the Client.

  • We strive to maintain discretion and efficiency during all consultations, ensuring a seamless client experience.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are as outlined in the agreed proposal or package.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in written form, payments are due prior to commencement of services.

  • Additional expenses or bespoke requests outside the agreed scope will be billed separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for service delivery.

  • Communicate any changes in requirements promptly.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws when using outputs from our services.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All creative works remain the property of Aion Group Limited, unless otherwise agreed in a written contract.

  • We retain the right to showcase non-confidential, and public work for marketing and portfolio purposes.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We maintain strict confidentiality and handle all client data in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.

  • Data will be processed as described in the privacy policy and for service delivery purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided with utmost care and professionalism; however, Aion Group Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Greek law, with any disputes subject to the courts of Athens.

  • Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussions. If this fails, parties will seek resolution through Arb-Med.

10. Amendments

  • Aion Group Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, with updated versions posted on the website and effective immediately.
